Ashley Flukinger and Dawn Fujiwara Pavlik unveiled a second brand-new fundraiser designed to bring fun and energy to downtown Seaside, the "Broadway
Invitational Clubless Golf Classic." This creative event will combine fundraising with community involvement by inviting teams of four (or individual players) to stroll
Broadway and play mini putt-putt holes set up inside local businesses. The twist? Participants must use anything but a golf club. For example: at Dawn’s business,
Crafted in Seaside, players will putt using a mannequin arm. The event promises plenty of laughter and spontaneity, followed by an awards celebration at the
American Legion with appetizers and drinks. Sponsorship opportunities are available, and members are encouraged to connect with Kevin Leahy or Dawn for details.
Individuals and businesses can also participate through team entries or by purchasing “Fairway’ signs. The goal is to involve 9–18 businesses, and interest is already
very high. The date for the event is Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 1-5pm.
