We welcomed 6 SHS Scholarship Recipients and their family members to share what plans they have for the next school year. What an amazing group of students! Julia
opened the program by giving a brief background on the scholarships and then invited the students to come up and answer a few questions.
A & G Harvey Scholarship – Ella Boles, Kyan Harper and Austin Palmer - Ella will be attending Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Leaving in just 12 days, Ella
has been accepted into an accelerated program for Occupational Therapy. Austin will be playing basketball at SW Oregon Community College and studying Civil
Engineering. Deborah Hauger Memorial Scholarship – Bailey Jones Hugh and Susan Stelson Science Scholarship – Noah Herman - Noah will be studying
Aerospace Engineering at Cal Poly this Fall. Margery Blair McNary Scholarship – Indira Daggett Madison Olson - Indira will begin her prerequisites for a Bachelor's
degree at Clatsop Community College. She plans to transfer to Lewis & Clark College in two years to study law. Rotary Scholarships – Aidet Nolazco, Hilary Millian-
Pamatz, Jlyn Casco, Kysa Gilbert and Diego Munoz. Diego will be studying Occupational Therapy at Pacific University. Jlyn is attending Grand Canyon University to
become a Nurse Anesthetist, and Aidet will be studying Computer Science with a focus in Digital Media at NYU.
